New Patient Coordinator

Kansas City Allergy and Asthma is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to create a new and unique patient experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is critical to the organization as it ensures:

• A positive first impression with each of our patients

• A positive relationship with our referring sources

• Strengthened relationships with all of our referral sources

• Optimized schedules for our Physicians and Nurse Practitioners

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Communication, Marketing or Hospitality Management from an accredited university.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Communicating with each patient to ensure the best experience and first impression with our practice.

• Counsel and guide the patient to ensure maximum use of patient and organizations' time.

• Building and maintaining relationships with our referring sources.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve company visibility and patient experience.

• Demonstrate success by tracking and analyzing above responsibilities and communicating results on a consistent basis
