Allergy Injection Clinic Financial Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for someone who's confident meeting with patients and helping them understand the financial side of allergy injections. You'll review each patient's insurance benefits, break down what their out‑of‑pocket costs might look like, and make sure they leave feeling informed and comfortable.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with patients to walk through their allergy‑related insurance benefits
  • Explain deductibles, copays, and coverage in a clear, friendly way
  • Verify benefits and document accurate notes in our system
  • Work closely with the clinical and billing teams to keep everything running smoothly
  • Stay on top of schedules, follow‑ups, and your own workflow

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong communication skills and a patient‑first attitude
  • Excellent organization and time‑management
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Experience in sales, patient financial counseling, or similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus
  • Bonus: experience with medical insurance or working in a clinic

Why This Role Matters

Allergy care can be confusing from a financial standpoint. You're the person who helps patients understand their benefits so they can confidently move forward with treatment.
