What You'll Do

  • Meet with patients and explain insurance benefits and costs in a clear, friendly way
  • Break down deductibles, copays, and coverage using plain language

  • Work with clinical and billing teams to support a smooth patient experience
  • Manage your daily schedule and tasks independently
